Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sessions with SYNERGY OF SELF take place online.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled start time. To reschedule, use your booking confirmation or email info@synergyofself.com.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your session, and missed sessions without notice, forfeit that session. Forfeited sessions are not refunded or credited.

REFUNDS

All sessions and packages are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, we will gladly reschedule.

PACKAGES

Session packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within that window expire and are not refunded or credited.

IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will contact you as early as possible and help you book a new time. Your session will not be forfeited.
