Here's my story...

I didn’t come to this work from an easy life. I survived sexual abuse as a child and grew up inside the foster care system. Along the way I battled addiction and very little self-worth, and I kept choosing relationships that repeated the same pain. At 25, I hit a breaking point that launched me into healing for real, and I decided I was done living that way.

I didn’t have a plan. I had a body that was exhausted from bracing and a mind that wouldn’t stop replaying everything. So I started with what I could reach. I went into bodywork, then the Chopra Center, where I became a Reiki Master and learned to hold space for other people’s trauma while I was still working through my own. Somewhere in that process, the intuitive abilities I’d been pushing away my whole life got too loud to ignore. I was a skeptic, so I tested them, and they held up.

Healing didn’t happen in one place. My body needed strength and safety, my mind needed new patterns, and my spirit needed to be heard. I rebuilt all three, slowly, and I’m still refining that work in myself today. It’s the same work I do with my clients now.
